THE CLASS OF '93 WANTS TO KNOW HOW YOU'VE BEEN!
From Audrey Dawson
Let me see, where can I start? Well after leaving Jones, I headed to "The Hill"
to further my education at FAMU. I enjoyed my tenure there but decided to return home (I plan to go back to school in
the near future). Presently I'm working at JC Penney Salon & Day Spa as a receptionst. I'm enjoying the "single season
in my life", making this time count by drawing even closer to Christ and finding out what His purpose is for my life. I am proud to be a member of THE tightest class to grace the halls of JHS --the MIGHTY class of 1993 (by
the way, I enjoyed seeing you all at our 10-year reunion)! My fondest memory will be my days as a MARCHING MAJORETTE in the
baddest band in the land!
Shout-outs: Sending a shout-out to the Class of '93! Keep striving to be the best! Looking
forward to 15!
From Angel Mitchell
I am Angel Mitchell. After graduating from Jones High School, I matriculated to one of the finest HBCU in
America, Florida A & M University. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing on December 12, 1997. Thereafter,
I remained in Tallahassee for about another six months and worked at a local rehab post acute facility. I then returned to
Orlando in July of 1998 and began working as a Registered Nurse at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women. I was employed
there for 2 years until October 2000. In November of 2000 I started a career with Eli Lilly and company and relocated
to Merritt Island, Fl, which is near the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa, Fl. In 2003 I returned to Orlando and I am currently
employed as a Risk Manager and Staff development Coordinator. I plan to attend graduate school in the future to pursue my
Master's in Health Care Administration (which is similar to an MBA, it has a health focus instead). I have
been dating a young man for about 2.5 years. I am active in church and community activities. It was a blessing to see those
who could attend the reunion and I look forward to the 15th or 25th which ever is next. Take care and be blessed!!!

From Chapella Campbell
I left Jones headed for the University of South Florida in Tampa, where life lessons began
almost immediately. I left there before receiving my degree and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where I am still living presently.
I am currently working as an Assist. Office Manager for a large Dental Company. A job I just recently accepted to step away
from the time consuming role of Office Manager, (I'm still young at heart and believe strongly in Working to live and not
Living to work). I make very decent salary so I'm living the best life I could imagine for the moment. I am very happy
personally, I am in a committed relationship with a women. We've been togther for 5 years this July. For some of you, I'm
sure that concept is a trip, but please know that I'll entertain any of your questions.
For the most part life is good. My mother also lives here in Altanta about 35-45 minutes away,
she's doing very well. I hope to hear from you all and let me know what's going on with you. Until then, Smoochies!!!

From Reginald Davis
Thanks for this update. I would like to thank you for your committment in keeping us all together and in
touch with one another. You are doing a fantastic job!! I see that Chapella gave a brief update, so I will take this
time to do the same.
After graduating, I went into the U.S. Army in September 1993. I remained in until March 1998 - While in, I was
stationed in Fort Jackson, South Carolina; Heidelberg, Germany; and finally Fort Gordon, Georgia. I have been happily
married since May 1994 (Latarsia Davis - originally from Montgomery, Alabama). I have two children (Nicholas - 10 and
Marcus - 6). We have resided in Orlando since March 1998. I am currently working at Orlando Regional
Healthcare as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources Customer Service. I graduated from UCF with my BS in Business Management
and am currently pursuing my Masters in Human Resources at Rollins College. My family and I are also faithful members
of New Destiny Christian Center - Pastors Zachary and Riva Tims.
Most recently, my wife and I are stepping out on faith and have ventured into starting a HR Consulting Firm
with friends of ours. We hope to be up and fully running within 6-months. If anyone out there is in need
of any HR services, hit me up as we are looking to serve the needs of both small and medium sized minority owned businesses
in the Central Florida Community.
I'm all for the idea of a CRUISE for our 15th Anniversary in 2008!!
Thanks,
Reginald "Reggie" Davis
